Phoebe was an incredible event coordinator and manager for our wedding. She blew us away. She paid attention to every detail and truly helped our wedding be perfect. Phoebe took over in a time of emergency after our original manager had to take sick-leave. She was incredibly proactive, diligent, and accommodating during this time. There was no delay for her as she immediately called on the phone and spoke with us for hours to get caught up to speed. Every time we spoke with her or met her, she was pleasant, fun, and eager to help us. She was always calm, collected, organized, and on her game. We couldn't be happier with how she managed the WPRC venue and staff for our big day. Her staff were polite, sweet, and sharp. We have no doubt that she is a large part of her team's success. She stayed well into the night to help clean up and organize our things while we were dancing with friends and family. She even met us the morning after to help us get our remaining items. She was very sweet and personable the whole time. She was happy to help and it felt as if we were being helped by a good friend. Our wedding turned out exactly how we hoped and we feel extremely lucky to have had her with us along the way. We would recommend her hands-down for any event and any venue!
